"Had to switch from Bicitra to Oracit, as Bicitra became unavailable. Both work extremely well, beginning right after diagnosis of Renal Tubular Acidosis in 2006. I have no side effects, and have never had another symptom (intolerance to cold, extreme weight loss). Both Bicitra and Oracit taste terrible! I solved the problem by mixing a "cocktail" with 1 oz of Bicitra or Oracit with two ounces of good-tasting berry antioxidant supplement, a scoop of Citrucel (to keep lower tract working well), and fill the rest of a 16 oz covered measure with PowerAde "zero" (sugarless). Shake well with some ice cubes to help mix, and drink before breakfast next day. It works perfectly."
