For Rosacea "I've had terrible bumps and sores on my face for years and was just diagnosed with rosacea. I was given Finacea and minocycline. I was told to use it 2X a day and after the 2nd day I saw some improvement but my the 6th day my face was started to look burned. By the 10th day the bumps were horrible and my face and neck seemed severely burned. My skins was dry and cracked, swollen in spots and very wrinkly looking. The doctor said to stop it, let it completely heal then start again using it once every 3 days and build back up. It's been two weeks off the cream. My face peeled like it was burned but is getting better. Neck is still bad. Saying all this I'll still try again. Just be very careful if you know you have sensitive skin."

For Rosacea "I just started using the gel today so I cannot comment on its effectiveness yet for clearing up my mild rosacea, it does burn my face quite a bit but I’m sure if I push through that for a week or so it won’t be as bad. I am writing this comment, however, because I see a lot of comments from people that are unhappy about the price of this medication and issues with prescriptions. I agree that the prices are outrageous here in the US. I never went to a dr for a prescription to get the gel, I simply googled “buy finacea” and very easily purchased it from an Australian website called pharmacy online and it was only $33 total with shipping. I hope this helps anyone who cannot afford it or had trouble getting it through their doctor! Will update later on how it has effected my rosacea."

For Acne "In the last I have used Finacea along with Solodyn for my cystic acne. Because my acne is primarily around the jaw line it is considered hormonal. Well the Finacea really really helped with redness and lightening old acne marks. My dermatologist informed me it has a slight bleaching effect and it definitely showed. After a few years being off of it I am back on. Hopefully it has the same effects."

For Acne "Several years ago my husband died unexpectedly, and the shock, grief, and stress caused my skin to react violently. I developed hives, rashes, and cystic acne all over my face, back, and chest. My dermatologist put me on steroids and Minocyclin. Those prescriptions worked to clear up my skin conditions, but whenever I tried to get off the antibiotics, the acne would flare up horribly. Three years later, I am still on Minocyclin. I am trying to wean my system off the antibiotics by skipping a dose once a week, then twice a week, etc. Finacea to the rescue! I have been using Finacea for two weeks, and I noticed a significant improvement in my skin in just the first day. When my skin erupts, the Finacea fights back, reducing inflammation."

For Rosacea "Although in my 70's I suffered from an irritating red and pimply rash mainly around chin and mouth area. Over many years have tried all sorts of remedies but non really worked. Within a couple of days of using finacea I could see a marked improvement. I know only use the cream occasionally If I find the rash returning and it keeps it at bay. Fantastic result and only wish I had discovered it years ago."

For Rosacea "Have been using this cream for 3 days and I already notice a big difference. I really didn't have problems with breakouts, more redness than anything. I have tried numerous creams and pills, this is the best so far. My skin looks better than it has in years."

For Acne "I've been using this with doxycycline for about a month and a half and my skin has cleared up completely with the exception of some minor scarring. I put about a pea sized amount on at night and it goes on smoothly and doesn't leave a film or anything like some other topicals. Such a life saver!"

For Rosacea "I have been using this for 6 months and the change in my skin has been amazing. I had been using doxy which was going okay, but once I stopped responding, the doctor prescribed me this. I wish I would have started with this product. I have moderate rosacea coupled with some cheek acne. This stuff started making s difference about 4 days in. I had people asking me what I had done different and why I looked so good. I only use it in the morning, and I can do this, because it dries SO fast. It doesn't leave a weird film or feeling like lots of prescription creams do. Even so, it helps tighten the skin and has smoothed the appearance of fine lines. The only reason I gave this 9 stars is because it gives you peach fuzz all over your cheeks."

For Rosacea "I've been on numerous topical and oral medications for acne. At one point, Solodyn and Doxycycline have been the only skin savors for me. My derma put me on several different topicals over the course of the last four years i.e. Ziana, Epiduo, Onexton, Retin-A, and Acanya. I've probably tried more but can't remember all of them. The last topical I was on was Epiduo until I found out that I was pregnant. My Dr quickly put me on Finacea since it is safe to use during pregnancy. I have to say, it's been 6 days using it morning and night and is the absolutely best topical I've tried. My skin is under control and past acne scars are fading. Really do love this stuff. Wish I tried it sooner!"

For Rosacea "My wife got some of this as a sample today. She has medium Rosacea. She tested a little in the car while I was driving her home. When we got home (30 mins?) I went wow look at your face. She went wow too! Huge change with just one application! Hope this continues!"

For Acne "45 yrs old and had acne my whole life, tried everything under the sun, including Accutane 11 yrs ago. This medication has done wonders for my skin over the past 8 months. It's truly a great product but it does cost $200 a tube with 15% off! I feel it's worth every penny."

For Acne "I have been using the product for approximately 1 month for my cystic acne. I have yet to notice any improvement in my acne. I do think my face is more smooth and less red, however. My adult cystic acne is very stubborn and related to my menstrual cycle. I hope it will improve with continued use!"

For Rosacea "Great results in reducing severe facial disfigurement and maintaining smooth and soft skin. Could not do without it. Now my insurance is harassing my doctor for prior authorization for a product that has been working great for me for over 10 years,"

For Rosacea "Been using for 10 years and has always kept my Rosacea at bay. It stings during the first week of use but definitely worth enduring that discomfort, the results are amazing! A tube now last me almost a year as it only takes a tiny bit of cream to maintain clear skin."

For Acne "I have been using it for almost a month now. My face has made a big improvement but I got lazy and didn't use it for a couple of days and my face exploded with pimples again in that short period of time. I will definitely keep up with it this time. My face has been suffering from hormonal acne due to pregnancy since July of 2010."

For Rosacea "I have tried everything for my roscea, including antibiotics and even accutane, but this product is the only one that truly got rid of my acne. In fact, it seemed like it worked overnight. The seemingly small bottle of foam lasted about 7 months, and my skin stayed clear the whole time. I’m so glad my dermatologist recommended this product after diagnosing me with rosacea. However, I definitely can’t afford to continue buying it, so I’ve switched to cheaper azailic acid products. They don’t work as well, but still keep my skin looking healthy. I recommend trying this if you have rosacea, or sensitive skin in general. The only reason I’m not giving this product a 10/10 is because of its cost."

For Rosacea "I have been using this Finacea 15% gel from about a week, and posting here just because I am totally shocked for the price some of you are forced to pay for this product. I live in Italy and I bought this for 19€ (full price, no discount) and I thought "that's too much for a tube of gel". I feel sorry for you, they are extorting you, they are criminals.... Can't say anything about the gel yet... too soon for me, but I have acne problem on my skin."

For Rosacea "I am writing this as an update from my original post a few months ago when I first started using finacea after buying it online from an Australian pharmacy. Unfortunately I discovered finacea was not for me it actually made my skin so much worse. I’d have to mentally prepare myself every time I put it on because it burned so bad I couldn’t even stand it and my face was horribly red dry flaky and tight all the time. If anything it made my rosacea worse. I finally broke down and went to my dermatologist and he prescribed me antibiotics, soolantra, and rhofade (which I know a lot of people hate) but for me I have had much better results with this regimen. Redness is still there but the rhofade doesn’t burn and definitely reduces the redness and feels very soft and soothing on my skin, no more dryness and flakiness. Finacea just didn’t work for me."

For Rosacea "I have been using Finacea gel for the last 6 weeks and have seen amazing results. I had been recently diagnosed with a medium case of Rosacea but to me It felt like it was a serious case. Both cheeks and forehead were effected. My forehead and cheeks were at times very red and I became very aware of it.I use it twice a day and have also been given a course of Erythromycin tablets and I also use Zerobase moisturising cream.By using all of the mentioned items I have seen an incredible difference in my face and on occasions my face bears no redness as it used to . I saw some difference in about 10 days by using Finacea gel, and I cannot recommend it enough."

For Rosacea "I've been using Finacea for about 2 months daily. Maybe redness reduced but stubborn bumps still there. Very expensive prescription for something that doesn't work so great. I think Prosacea - a $10 otc drug- works as well or possibly, even a little better. Good luck to all."

For Rosacea "Finacea works really well for me in controlling rosacea, much much better than Metrogel. However I am just trying it out as a foam and that is a terrible experience. It is very difficult to control the amount that comes out and then you cannot spread it evenly on your face. It gets everywhere, including eyes. I would really recommend that you stick to the gel."

For Rosacea "I have moderate Rosacea but enough where my entire face is pink/red. I started using this two months ago day and night and the redness has gone down minimally, but I've started to break out in deep red pimples on my cheeks. I stopped yesterday and the pimples seem to be clearing up a bit. Definitely wasn't worth it because I now have acne marks all over my face."
