BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) " I'm writing to voice my feelings about the NEW Packaging of the individual Envelopes. You say it's because you changed Manufacturers, but I believe it's about the MONEY spent to wrap the powder in the OLD envelopes. Whatever it is the NEW Package stinks. I would really like you to bring back the OLD Glassine Packages. It's easier to open and easier to empty the product in my mouth. BRAVO! I only use BC when I have a Headache, or Muscle Pain from working out. It does work, BUT, the NEW Package adds to that PAIN."

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "I hope BC takes heed - the new packaging is TERRIBLE. I've been using them for 30 years, but no more. I will change to Goody's or an alternative because the new packages make the medicine clump up in the bottom, and you have to tear it off incrementally and take it five or six times, if you even get any of it in your dang mouth because it spills all over the place or up your nose if you try to shake it loose. The fold-up packets were great, why did you have to mess with something that worked just fine, and probably were cheaper for you to make? Stupid. And I can see by the reviews I'm not the only one who thinks so. Get it together, BC."

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "What the heck is going on. There are no BC Powders in the original packaging anywhere. Well- I have found a couple small packages at gas stations. The formula is different... the packaging is the worst!!!! The powder doesn't come out properly and it tastes very acidic. And- here's the biggest kicker- it doesn't work as well. So- why???? We live in the South. I know people who have been taking these for over 30 years- myself included. Why would a company risk losing what they are going to lose..... Shame!!!!"

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "I'm not sure what is missing but with the new change. The pain does not go away fast. I have been using BC powder for years and so have my other family members and we all notice the change. Bring back the original ingredients please!!! We are all letting this go because there is a big change and its a waste of money!!!"

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "Hate B C Powder's new package!!!! It’s a pain! Can not get all the medicine out of the package! The On the go six pack I have to tear the individual packets apart before taking. Who’s bright ideal was that!!!! Please change back to the old packaging! I have started buying tablets . Bad decision to increase your Company’s profits!!"

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "I’ve been using BC powders for the past 15 years. Never even considered anything else until now. New packaging is ridiculous. I don’t know if they changed the formula or not because I can’t get all of the medicine out of the package. I do know that I will not waste my money on the “new and improved” BC. Whatever company decides to fill BCs shoes is going to make a fortune. I’ve read dozens and dozens of unsatisfied customer reviews."

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "Let’s get right to the point these stick packs suck and are hard as anything to take , who ever came up with them needs to be fired as soon as possible. It is the same old game as ever - Corporation does a "Let’s fix what is not broke""

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "The other packaging was more convenient...to label the new packaging as an on the go remedy is giving it more credibility than it is worth. I still use BC Powder because it works but it's almost as if the company is just trying to cut a few corners to save a couple of bucks and meanwhile it looks as if it's upsetting a lot of customers. Could you possibly be saving that much more money...? Just weird."

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "Have taken bc for years it was great. Then they trot out this new packaging. Did they try the package on people in pain or with arthritis especially in their hands? I think not because if they had they would not have changed it. Good bye bc"

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "I have taken BC Powder for 30 years for aches and pains. I have been a huge promoter of BC Powder over the years but will be looking for a different solution now because of the terrible packaging idea. There is no way you can get the entire dose out of the package. The reason the blue collar working man has made BC Powder a success since 1906 is the convenience, caffeine and quick relief it gives. We can take it while driving a bulldozer or flying an airplane. You screwed up with the new mode of delivery of your product. So disappointed!"

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "The new BC Powder packaging is horrible. The med clumps in the package and you end up spilling it trying to make it come out. The packaging is too small for people with carpal tunnel syndrome in their hands, it is too hard handle and forget about it if you have age and arthritis to try and manipulate it. Old is best. Don't mess with it if it ain't broken"

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "Please!!! What's up with this ridiculous new packaging. The product won't come out- wasteful. And- it doesn't seem to work the same- maybe because some of the powder is left inside. I have to rip open- then lick the inside.. Many times- it goes all over. Going to buy up what I can of the original packaging!!!! Fail!!!"

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "The new packaging is terrible? On the go? I think not. They are hard to open. You have to lick it to get all of the powder out. And if any else may agree, there is less product in this stupid packaging. I search every store I can that still stocks the previous BC. Some marketing mucked this up. It’s worse than the new Coke back in the 80’s. CHANGE THEM BACK!"

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "My grandmother would lose her mind if she saw they messed with her bc. I've been taking these for years upon years. It was my go to. This new packaging and powder is horrible. I read all the reviews and not one positive. The powder isn't even the same consistency and a lot less. I can't find the old ones anywhere except ebay and they are $$$$. Please be smart and change the package and formula back because you're losing a lot of $. A former loyal bc user."

Anacin (aspirin / caffeine) "Any time that I have pain from over exertion resulting in muscle pain or an infrequent headache my go to medicine is Anacin. For me it works FAR better than Advil, Aleve, Tylenol or Aspirin. This week I had pain from running and had no relief from other products but once I found Anacin I had relief within 1 hour and the relief has lasted. Once, when I had minor surgery the Anacin worked much better than Tylenol 3 that was prescribed for me. I have no idea why Anacin works better for me but it always has."

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "I have been taking BC’s for as long as I can remember. I know that I’m not the BC Wizard like my ex (you can add that to the list of reasons for taking) at opening/taking but, I manage...UNTIL NOW! I dislike the new packaging enough to write this review which I never take time to do. I waste as much as I take!!! I hope you convert to original. I even bought a pack of Goodys’s the other day due to this “problem”."

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "I take BC powders on a daily basis, and I have done so for 40+ years. I take them in place of prescription pain medicines because they just plain make me feel better and I buy them by the 2, 6, and 50 pack. However, like New Coke, this new bc product is not the same, doesn't work the same, and I deplore the packaging. Please, Please, Please, bring back the old product and packaging. Don't mess with perfection."

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "I have taken this product for many years. This new formula is very bad I suspect for most people who have been taking this product over the years. The old formula was 650 mg. of aspirin and 33.3 caffeine. The new one as they call it, has 845 mg. of aspirin and 65 caffeine. That is way too much aspirin as most people who take this religiously take it at least 2 times in a 24 hour period. With the first time that I took this new formula I because very nauseated, upper stomach pain and had to lie down for awhile. The next time I took one later in the week, the same thing happened."

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "I have been using this product for many years. I was pleased to see that they finally came in new packaging because much would spill out in the old package. But the new package makes it difficult to get out the powder. I think its because the package is so thin that it gets stuck and you have to lick it to get it out. It was a good idea but its just not working out."

It's a lot harder to try and get all of the powder out of the pack without spilling it. So will you please go back to the old formula and original folded envelope!! Thank you!!"

Here is an address: Prestige Consumer Healthcare, Inc. Attn: Consumer Affairs 4615 Murray Place Lynchburg, VA 24502 Phone: 866-255-5197 I also, abhor the new packaging. I have contacted Prestige about it, we will see."

BC Original (aspirin / caffeine) "I have been taking BC powders for RA for five years. After the new packaging I noticed it simply didn’t work, then thinking maybe I’m suppose to take two of the go powders...I did. Nope it’s not the same. I hate the pocket design, powder get stuck. The paper package really screws up if it’s damp outside, hello it rains in the south, a lot... needless to say when I found a shop with the old packaging, I bought them all.. plan to look at alternative powders. To the marketing and design for BC; suggest an apology and a relaunch “what is Old is New” again PARTY!!!!"

Anacin (aspirin / caffeine) "I find Anacin tablets to be the only go to drug that works on every discomfort I have. From simple exhaustion or tiredness, sleep problems, aches and pains, anxiety it is a miracle tablet that works within 15 minutes. I have had stomach problems related to taking 6 or more in 24 hours so refrained from using it for 12 months. Nothing I have found can replace Anacin so now use 2-4 each day. Worth the risk to me."
