Started at 25 mg. Then to 50. Then 75. Now at 100. Been at 100 for 3 weeks. Notice some difference but still some anxiety
When Zoloft dosage is increased how long for the new dosage to take effect? Thanks?

Hi, girl! You're well on your way, but you're probably just getting into therapeutic range. The reason for the slow increase is to give your metabolism time to adjust to the medication with a minimum of side effects. Now that you're at 100mg you should see significant improvement very soon.
"Sleep, energy, or appetite may show some improvement within the first 1-2 weeks. Improvement in these physical symptoms can be an important early signal that the medication is working. Depressed mood, anxiety, and lack of interest in activities may need up to 6-8 weeks to fully improve.

Best regards and I hope you're feeling better quickly.
Thank you. I was hoping the anxiety I still feel was because I wasn’t “there” quite yet. I have seen improvements but guess I’m just wanting to feel like I used to soon!!! Thanks
Anxiety is no fun at all, is it? Try to be patient and positive because you will get better.
