I just started this patch and I put it on my lower back but it didn’t say to put it there, so I was wondering since I put it on already can I take it off and move it to a proper place,like my arm.

No, you cannot move it. My doctor told me that it was okay to put it anywhere except I believe not on the breast area. I put them on my thighs and they work fine there.
