I was diagnosed with add around 4 years ago and have slowly increased my dosage to 1 60mg Vyvanse and 2 30mg Adarall. But have for quite some ti
E felt that these dosages were I a adequate. Now i am also diagnosed with a low thyroid, clinical depression as well as low testosterone. So as you can imagine I feel somewhat upset that others are diagnosed with 2 or 3 times that amount, when they have it for I e diagnosis not several line me.
Now between my father who thinks I'm just looking for a higher dose ( which really tics me off to no end because there are clear reasons to support my suggestion)
So anyways because what I have been prescribed had basically diminished mostly I would take it upon yawls to take all of my days dosageT once because that was the only way it would at least pRt of the day work line its support to. So my conclusion is that I wod beSt be at double my current dosage and split over two periods of the day ( 1 70mg Vyvanse and 2 60 mg Addarall) in the morning an another of the same grouping in the later afternoon.
I've put a lot of thought and consideration into this to prove to my father that I am not self medicating but am instead realizing what it takes. So please give me your opinions. Thank you
Do you find my assessment (of the following) and dosages both appropriate and as necessary as I do?

I'm seeing a mew doctor in a couple weeks and I was looking for helpful support and coments that can be used to help me discuss and determine with my doctor. Any professional help would be great,
Also just to point out that I k ow that so
E people have problems with terance on these meds. Now I k ow that I have a fairly high Terrance to these meds in general (especially when considering the antidepressant that I take that may diminish the adaralls effect) but to be honest these meds have as good of effect now as they did when I first took them years ago.
Thanks and I'll be hoping on getting to see your answers soon.
