Varenicline (Chantix) is a prescription medication used to treat nicotine addiction. Therefore, if your vaping addiction is due to the use of vape liquid with nicotine content, then you may use varenicline to quit vaping. However, if you are using a nicotine-free vape, then this medication would be useless.
