Lyrica (Pregabalin) is only available via prescription in the United States. It is available over the counter in Canada under the guidelines of a pharmacist. You would not be able to bring it into the USA when crossing the border because it requires a prescription in the United States.

You can't get them OTC, they are a controlled drug. You need a prescription.
