I am aware of what conditions these prescribed meds are for; I need to know if any will test positive or false positive for Benzo's, opiates, meth, thc, or cocaine. Thanks

I do not understand your question since all of these medS are prescired, all legal.
Hey but here we go.By the way talk to a DOCTOR.
Dilantin (phenytoin) is a prescription medication used to treat certain types of seizures in people with epilepsy
Cymbalta (duloxetine hydrochloride) is a prescription medicine used to treat the following conditions:
Depression (also known as major depression or clinical depression)
Peripheral diabetic neuropathy pain (nerve pain in the hands, feet, arms, or legs due to diabetes)
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)
Fibromyalgia.
Abilify (aripiprazole) is a prescription medication that is used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. It is also approved to be used along with antidepressants for the treatment of major depression (this is known as "augmentation"). Recently, Abilify has also been approved for treating irritability associated with autism.

Those drugs YOU MENTIONED will test positive if they are looking for them, but there's no way in my opinion (not a doctor) that you could get a false positive for benzos, opiates, meth, thc, and/or cocaine. They are COMPLETELY structurally different and interact different chemically with other agents (i.e., they won't give a false positive). I'm sure if this were possible we would have heard it by now. 99.999999999% sure not possible.
