mrspage is right. Norco basically is strong vicodin. It still has hydrocodone as the main pain relieving compound. And if your pain is constant, not expected to improve, around the clock pain control med would be a better choice. Good luck to you and please discuss all options with your doctor.

Let me be the first to say god has blessed you with another day in life and you are a miracle to still be here. Vicodin comes in several forms of pain relief norco is vicodin just a stronger vicodin the 7.5 are norco they go as strong as 10/325 they make them as strong as 15/325 but those are specially made in a special pharmacy (compound). For an injury as painful as yours i would ask for morphine or any around the clock pain reliever and norco for the breakthrough pain.
