It really depends on the strength of each medication you have tried they all may not be working cause your at the lowest dose and im assuming you are an adult. My son is 9 yrs old. and he take's adderall it is similar to concerta and vyvanse the vyvanse is a semi new medication for adhd but I would not change to any of them from the adderall for nothing it has worked so well for him. My son has severe adhd and the running like he is on a motor thing is no longer a problem for him he has gotten good marks at school and home ever since he has started this medication and he has been on it for 6 months. If you have not yet tried adderall give it a shot me and his doctor first started him out on a low dosage and moved up all the way to the 30mg and has stuck to that milligram for 2 months now.
