What types of medications is best paired with Latuda to treat bipolar disorder?

That depends on whether you tend toward mania or depression. If you trend toward depression, maybe try adding Wellbutrin.

Really, the best combination is the one that works best for you. As masso said everyone responds differently and there are several medication options.
Again as masso says, there's lamotrigine, lithium, Depakote, and carbamazepine. Often an antipsychotic such as Seroquel, Vraylar, Latuda, or Caplyta are also used.
Based on your history and current symptoms your doctor can discuss these options. There are also more medications they might prescribe.

A mood stabilizer, like Lamictal (Lamotrigine), also Lithium, and there are other medications your Psychiatrist can recommend.

I suffer from Bipolar Disorder, I take Lamictal (Lamotrigine) and for me it works (everyone reacts differently to medications), the antipsychotic I take is Seroquel (Quetiapine).
