I found it on the floor of my living room where my cousin is staying. He's a recovering heroin addict and is staying with us until a spot in rehab opens up. I can't find it when I search here, please help me identify what it is and if it's illegal or dangerous at all. I have a dog that could've eaten it and a baby nephew who plays on the floors.
