I found a clear capsule containing a black substance,it looked like a piece of rolled up resin from a pipe, and need to know what it is.My wife is a nurse and said she has not seen anything like it.We broke it apart and their isn't really any smell to it and is not sticky.It is black on the outside with a slight shade of brown on the inside.I placed it in a pair of tweezers and burned the edge of it and it smelled nothing like resin from a pipe,and it didn't even smell like hash.Any ideas ?
