What is the difference in oxycodone and roxicodone?

Nothing. Roxicodone is a brand name for oxycodone. Roxicodone is oxycodone alone. It isnt in combination with acetaminophen as some other oxycodone drugs like Percocet (whose generic would show up as oxycodone/APAP)
