Let me first start off by saying I appreciate help but please keep answers to my question. This will help me not go down rabbit trails, I am challenged by a few disabilities and so to stay on on track, I greatly appreciate this.
Okay I also would like to add I am an outlier patient where I flush meds especially pain meds very fast(my body metabolizes them very quickly) I fall into the 3% of ppl that this happens with, so if there are others who experience this, that would be of big help. I also do not get high or feel any "euphoric" feelings from pain meds. So I'm not sure if this tidbit of info will help as well.
So, I have noticed that when I take an Imitrex for a sudden onset migraine and then when I go to take my scheduled Roxicodone, I notice that the Roxi doesn't work the same way.
So because I flush painkillers my body actually goes into physical withdrawal about an hour before scheduled dose(I am not addicted but physiologically my body is, this does happen) and what I have noticed when I take the scheduled Roxi is that it feels like it's working only 50% meaning it will take away the uncomfortable symptoms of the w/drawl but I'll feel the pain that I take the painkiller for(fibromyalgia, Sjogrens, spinal stenosis, degenerative disk disease, CMS, chronic pain and more). This is my first time being back on pain meds and migraine meds at same time. And I was wondering if anyone else who is on pain meds and migraine meds more specifically Imitrex (sumatriptan), if it interferes? What would be of big big help and please note, I judge NO ONE, but if someone who doesn't get high/feel euphoria from pain meds could answer back on this because that makes a very big difference IMO. I'm not chasing a feeling, I'm literally wondering if anyone else experiences this and if I am gonna have to get rid of the Imitrex. Thank you so very much.
Does Imitrex cancel Roxicodone?

So I tried to go in an edit my question after I read a response which I completely forgot to add, even though I did say I'd like answers to be kept to my question at hand, I must add this. I am currently on 5 meds that can cause serotonin syndrome to which each time I am handed a packet from my pharmacist each month and every time I obtain each rx reminding me of SS. So to avoid this being a constant response. I am aware of this. What I am looking for specifically is this. Does anyone take roxicodone and Imitrex and if so do you notice a drastic reduction in the effectiveness of the roxicodone? I added the other info such as being in the 3%, not getting high nor being addicted, being an outlier patient, because if by chance there happens to be another individual who is in this category and can answer my question specifically this would be of utmost help. I say this not to be rude, but it is VERY HARD when one doesn't fall under being a blanket patient. I have the rarest blood and as mentioned falling into the 3% of flushing pain meds which means I metabolize them VERY QUICKLY means more than what I can type. I also have very low blood pressure this is hereditary I'm talking like 90/60 sometimes MUCH LOWER. And currently for the 1st time in my life I'm dealing w/severe anemia. And when I say only 3 pain meds work I literally mean I can only take fentanyl(patch every 48 hrs not 72 like everyone else), roxicodone, and Vicodin kind of works its more like an amped up ibuprofen(it touches the bottom part of my top layer of pain sometimes top part of the middle layer of pain). Other than this no other pain med works I mean they literally have zero effect. I don't know why it's like this w/my body as I am not a chemist but it is. I am thinking of paying the like $500 to have my blood tested against everything under the sun. I cannot remember the name of the test but it literally tests your blood against EVERYTHING. I don't want to rabbit trail here, as many of you who are chronic pain patients can attest to, this war on opioids has harmed us the most vulnerable (the ones who actually need and don't abuse the meds). While illegal fentanyl floods our streets. But I digress. I understand that for many of us pain medicines work the best and are at the pain rx ave because all other avenues have been tried used and exhausted. So with this being said once again thank you everyone for taking the time to answer the question I greatly appreciate it.
According to interaction checker on drugs.com taking these two medications can cause a very serious side effect called serotonin syndrome and should be avoided doesn't say anything about causing a reduction in the effectiveness of your Roxicodone there is allot of additional information on that site if you go to it and enter the two drugs on there interaction checker there is plenty to read. Good luck and hope this helps
