What happens if you drink while taking Librium?

That depends entirely on the amount of each taken... alcohol when taken with any benzodiazepine (including Librium) creates a synergistic effect (which means it intensifies the effect of both substances. The level of synergistic effect varies greatly from person to person and also dosage. Hope this helps.
