These pills are 20mg. each, and I am to take 3 of them once a day.
I am also taking levaquin, 500 mg. once a day.
What dosage is recommended for sinusitis? I am 70 and have been prescribed 60 mgs of prednisone?

The dosage range of Prednisone varies widely depending on diagnosis, age, general health etc...
The dose range of Prednisone when used as an anti-inflammatory (which would be the case with sinusitis) is 5 to 60 mg per day either once daily or in divided doses.
