Replaced my Effexor 75mg 1/ day to Wellbutrin XL 150ml and 7 .5 of Buspar. Been taking for 26 days. I still feel aggravated, agitated most days. My appetite definitely decreased but alot of stress and anxiety from pandemic and possibly premenopausal symptoms (I'm alot of fun to be around)..I've always been on Serotonin anti depressants and first time on Wellbutrin. Any suggestions, thoughts? Not giving up but I'm so ready to feel better and so is everyone around me!

"Buspirone in general takes at least one to two weeks to have an initial effect and generally can take up to four to six weeks to actually have its full clinical effect."
You really should be seeing some significant improvements by now and even more very soon. But as you say there's a lot going on in the world today and our lives are far from normal... I think it affects us more than we had expected.
Try giving it another couple of weeks and try to be patient and positive. I know, I know, easier said than done, right?
