If you are taking Trenfya due to an autoimmune condition, you should speak with your doctor before taking pine bark extract because this supplement is used for anti-inflammatory in the body and Trenfya does a similar thing within the body. And when you take a medication to try to attack the same issue it can cause an unwanted effect or reaction in the body.
