tablets such as viagra. cialis. and so on... they usually work with in half hour but uu would get the best out of them after 2to 3 hours and anythıng after that depends on your actıvıty such as walk or when ur heart rate is hıgher than they kıck back ın sometımes havıng few push ups do help... but ı would thınk the 10mg.s are not so affective ı dont thınk u would get much rıse out of them... i would recomend ... get 100mg. and break it into 4 pieces and u take 1 at a time it will work much better up to 24 hours on and off..
it will be safe and u will go like a stalian.. i some times back myself up for the kill with a second piece after few hours for the next rise. and still it is within the safe zone ofcourse inc. few drink as well.. but do not expect it to be for 36 hours none of the tablets will give u 36 hours affect not even 50mg.s remember to do little walk around the room or do push ups u will get response... party on. :)

Took last night for 1st time. 44 YO Male. 6' 210 lbs. Normally a 2x week sex with wife. About 1 hour 15 min later, reached full effect.
My face felt a bit flushed, but no headaches as others report. Unlike a traditional erection of mine where the outside gets harder and taut first, the inner portion of my shaft got harder initially. The moment my wife came down stairs and in bed, full attention.
You definitely last longer with Cialis. 4 different positions, many of them vigorous and I still felt incredibly hard but not ready to orgasm. Usually, I reach orgasm within 1-2 minutes of actual intercourse because it feels so good.

Big fan of it. However, I also started eating much better two weeks ago and began a workout pattern in the last week as well as vitamin and suppliment therapy. All increased my stamina and volume. The Cialis made me just last longer, which was really cool.
