I have noticed that the urine flow is better than it was, but I am still having to go to the bathroom every two hours and sometimes less during the day ;at night I go once or twice and sometimes none at all. Is this normal ?. My urologist had suggested I may start Omnic 0.4 after I finish with Tamsol. Is this more effective, and should I give it more time?
I have been taking Tamsol 0.4mg daily for nearly a month as advised by my doctor?

Tamsol (tamsulosin) is an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate and is used to improve urination in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate). The dose is often increased after 2 to 4 weeks depending on your response.
Drug treatment with any class of medication used for BPH is typically long-term and continued until symptoms are no longer controlled with drug treatment; at that time surgical procedures may be needed. Drug treatment combinations may also be more effective for some patients than use of a single drug. Your urologist will be able to offer the best advice.
