... total, 2 weeks at 25mg and 3 weeks at 50mg but I have been having muscle twitches so my doctor advised dropping back down to 25 mg for 1 week and then 1 week of taking 25mg on alternative days. Has your anxiety/depression been better? Just wondering as that can be affected when you taper. Otherwise you should be fine. You've only been on it a short time. I would also consider breaking the 25's in half for a few days after the 25 dose. Good luck and take care.

Yeah it’s helped a good bit I would ideally like to stay on it but the twitches are non stop so been advised to taper down, thanks for the reply.

Those are low doses taken for a short period of time and combined with a soft taper it's certainly possible that you'll have minimal, if any, discontinuation symptoms.
