I've taken 2 doses of stromectol to treat cutaneous larva migrans. In about 3 months after, the?

... simptons in the skin starts again! Why is that? Should i use the drug again? Btw, the dog is not anymore in the house

If stromectol is taken for demodex brevis or folliculorum, would the symptoms be worse because of?
