I had a beer 7 hours ago. Will I get sick if I start my Flagyl?

I picked up my prescription of Flagyl 500 mg today. I was supposed to start it tonight but 7 hours ago I had a Leinenkugel's beer. I weigh 109lb. I'm afraid I'm going to get sick. Should I wait longer than 7 hours and maybe take it in the morning?
