Diovan - The dry cough is extremely bothersome. Is this normal?

It is so bothersome that is keeps me awake at night. I know that it's a side effect but almost intolerable.

I'm not a diabetic but I get low blood sugar, could it be related with diovan 80 mg?

Colon test tomorrow - wil take Suprep. Should I take my diovan/hct &Metoprolol as told before test?
