It does not say that Diovan cannot be taken along with coffee; some general considerations for when and how to take Diovan include the following:
* The medication comes in tablet form. It is usually taken once or twice a day.
* Diovan may be taken with or without food.
* Diovan dosage should be taken at the same time each day to maintain an even level in your blood.
* For the medication to work properly, you have to take it as prescribed. Diovan will not work if you stop taking it.
