How do I take the step down dosage of medrol. There are 6 one day one 5 on day 2, 4 on day 3, 3 on?

There are 6 pill for day one. 5 pills for day 2. 4 for day3. 3 for day 4. 2 for day 5. 1 for day 6. How do I take them?

IhaveCOPD. I take theophylline, singulair, spiriva, and symbicort. It seems like overkill?
