I seem to have more pain while taking oxycodone? Round pink with A48 written on the back.
What is stronger oxycodone or Percocet 10-325?

The round pink pill with A48 on it is 10mg of oxycodone. Percocet 10-325 is 10mg of oxycodone and 325mg of acetaminophen. It may work better because of the acetaminophen.
For me acetaminophen has never helped for pain so plain oxycodone works better. Medicine works differently on each of us.
