This to me from my own personal experience what you have there in a single hit of MDMA better known as extacy in its purest form. methylenedioxymethamphetamine. The 10 is indicating that there is 10 mg of MDMA in that pill and the star means its a peace cut means it was cut or diluted with heroin. Very dangerous when abused or mixed with alachol.
