dark blue small round pill

vERY DARK BLUE ROUND SMALL PILL. No other markings at all on either side. smaller than paracetamol quite a lot smaller.

The pill is quite small, dark blue oval and has tiny black dots. Cannot find an imprint because I only found half of a pill.
