Can simvastatin or fenorate acid cause hair thinning after only 60 days of use?

My hair has thinned tremendously in two months of using these.Nothing else has changed in my life to cause it.It has uniformly thinned to the point of seeing my scalp at any one spot you look at it.The strands are small.I don't notice them in my comb.There are no bald spots.
