Im allergic to penicillin and i have a cold and i want to take vicks nyquil before i go to sleep but i need to know if it contains penicillin.

If you buy something over the counter it cannot have pencicillin in it because that is a prescription drug. Read the labels, they all have the list of ingredients on them.
