My husband has been on cetuximab for over two years, sometimes with Folfiri (2 six-month terms) and otherwise just cetuximab alone. There have been the usual side effects, toes, skin, eyes etc. but these past two weeks he has had severe stomach cramps and total blockage of his colostomy. He is a young, strong active man of 54... anyone else experience this? could it be due to Cetuximab? it takes a combination of suppositories, enemas, painkillers, laxitives and relaxants and time to relieve blockage... sometines up to 4 days withdebilitating side effects! help please
