This is my 6th day on Contrave (1 pill a day). I didn't have any side effects until the 4th day. I was lethargic and needed to sleep. The next day was the same. Well, today is the 6th day on it. My stomach has the worst cramps!
I am having bad stomach cramps and extreme nausea?

I'm not sure if you'd finished typing, as you didn't ask a question. If you were just trying to ask what to do about the side effects, then the Manufacturer's advice is to seek medical advice immediately if you experience unusual tiredness. You could mention the other symptoms when you do that. Definitely contact a doctor.
