I've been on Lexapro for 2 years after a family death. I missed the dose for 3 days and feel really depressed crying all day. I should add I lost another family member 3 months ago so maybe Lexapro was numbing that grief? Can it wear off so soon?

Hi, Sadgirl! Many people begin to feel the effects of withdrawal after missing just one dose. Start taking it again ASAP, but it may take awhile to reach therapeutic blood levels again.
Try to be patient and think positively.
