So I took a dose last night around 6pm and then again this morning at 5am as my usual dose. Is that safe?

Hi, Tina! Yes, it's safe. You should try not to miss a dose if possible but if you do:
*Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose.*
You should try to allow at least 8 hours between doses so you did just fine.
