I was switched from Lisinopril to Losartan due to the dry cough side effects and was wondering if anyone had ED issues with Losartan?

Conclusions: Our data suggest that losartan improved erectile function and both satisfaction and frequency of sexual activity. Because side effects are one of the most influential factors in the management of hypertension, an added benefit of losartan therapy may be its positive impact on quality of life.

"Sexual dysfunction is only rarely reported in people taking losartan. In fact, losartan may help with sexual dysfunction. In one study, taking losartan improved sexual frequency and satisfaction in both men and women. If, however, you experience a decline in sexual function while taking losartan or any drug, get medical advice from a health care professional."
