It has been a month and I still have extreme irritability, shakiness, diarrhea, hair falling out. Doctor gave me Xanax, which helps, but I don’t want to be on that medication forever. Help?

I was very fortunate. I had 4 Reclast infusions. Then actually having no significant side effect.
I was already being treated for depression so had that medication already in my system. Unfortunately, I developed osteonecrosis ONJ which is a side effect of most of the osteoporosis
drugs.
