Antabuse (disulfiram) has a long half life, between 60 to 120 hours, which means that in that amount of time the medication will decrease by one half, so I would have to say between 3 to 5 days.
If you have been under treatment with this medication it can cause adverse reactions up to 14 days after discontinuing the drug.
