Can a kidney transplant patient take tramadol temporarily for pain after skin cancer surgery?

You would need to seek the advice of a doctor as Tramadol is not considered safe for people with severe renal impairment. I would not take it without the approval of a doctor. Tramadol ER, especially, cannot be taken at all safely. Safe dosages are dependant on your level of kidney function.
