My doc was switching my vicodin to norco and when I picked it up it said lortab. Are they the same? Im so confused and unhappy cause its not workin anybetter than the vicodin.
Is Lortab 7.5 (325) the same as Norco?

It is the same formulary the smaller number is the pain med the larger the analgesic(acetaminophen etc)
If the smaller # on your Vicodin was larger than 7.5 mg that is why the Norco 7.5/324
Is not working you need to be bumped up to a higher dosage

its just another name for hydocodone as i beleve there all in the same family but its the mg that matters as far as the strentgh goes because i was on Loatabs 15/650 and they worked well for my pain, Good luck and God Bless.
