I use Timolol Maleate 0.5%, If I store it in the refigerator does this impact its value?

Timolol eye drops are best stored at room temperature and away from light.
They should be protected from freezing.

If they have been stored in the fridge (and not frozen) they should ok - although to be 100% sure I would throw them away and get a fresh supply.
