You will need to see your Pharmacist so they can physically measure the volume of the Glycolax cap.

The daily dose is equal to 17grams or approx. 1 "heaping" tablespoon according to the label attached to a jar of Polyethylene Glycol 3350 powder.

One tablespoon is equal to 3 teaspoons.
