I took one 50mg pill at 3 p.m. and am still not in pain. It is working for me, but I wanted to know how long the painlessness will last and when I should take another one. My doctor has not discussed it with me since he just gave me samples to try. It is working, but I want to keep on top of the pain.

I totally understand so if you think about any pill out there that gives pain relief generally lasts 4-6 hours sometimes 8 but not usually unless its more potent like a narcotic pain pill. Somewhere around 5 hours in take another dose and this should give you an idea of how much you should take a day as well. I think you should take one every 5 hours if the pain starts to come through after 4 hours take 1 every 4 hours. Hope this was helpful good luck michelle.
