It's for sure not good to miss many days for your medication or any for that matter. It can cause alot of things and then it can make your body think your starting over if you go back on it. Don't listen to what your husband has to say. Best is to talk to your doctor and let them know too.

You should try not to skip days on Lamictal because it can cause the drug to become less effective until you start up again. You could experience discontinuation symptoms but "craziness" is not one of them. You might experience some loss of focus but it's unlikely that it would cause irrational behaviour.
One of the symptoms can be irritability so tell your fiance to stop annoying you.
