All diagnostic tools normal like ultrasound .kidney and liver function.and c.t scan.patient is 27 years old female with history of spastic colon.the pain responds only to tramadol ampoules.frequency of occurence every 10 days.
Generalised abdominal pain not respond to any normal analgesic or anti spasmodic.c.t scan normal?

These symptoms started 5 months ago.symptoms happens even with spastic colon normal drugs and ecitalopram.
