I take Spiriva and am on 24/7 O2 therapy. I took 10 mg of prednisone for 30 days and showed improvement in my lung function. My pulmonologist then prescribed Dulera twice a day. I'm concerned about the vision interactions and any other interactions that this may cause. I am also a prostate cancer survivor (external beam radiation therapy) but have been clear for 14 years.
If I have emphsyema why would my doctor prescribe Dulera?
