Can I drink alcohol after my last dose of Paxlovid?

The Interaction Checker didn't find any known interaction between the medication and alcohol:
"No interactions were found between the drugs in your list. However, this does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. Always consult your health care provider."
As it suggests though, it'd be wise to check with your doctor/pharmacist/chemist first.
