Does tramadol show up on a drug test and how long does it take to get out of your system?

No. It will not show up on a drug test. Tramadol is a Schedule IV controlled substance. It will stay in your system for approximately 6.3 hours to 7.4 hours so it should be out of your system within 14.8 hours. Remember that's the approximate amount, it differs from person to person. yes it does show up on drug screens now... i do drug screening and receive them back and yes it does show up now.
